Postpartum care (per Hour)

£25.00

Here, I offer heartfelt postpartum support designed to nurture and care for families during the tender weeks and months following birth. This time—often called the “fourth trimester”—can be just as emotional and transformative as the birth itself. My role is to walk alongside you, providing reassurance, gentle guidance, and a steady presence as you find your rhythm as a new family.

Whether you’re adjusting to feeding, navigating sleep changes, processing your birth experience, or simply needing a listening ear and warm cup of tea, I’m here to support you. My care is non-medical, personalised, and deeply mother- and family-focused.

Postnatal services can include:

  • Emotional support and a safe space to debrief your birth

  • Practical help and guidance with baby care and soothing techniques

  • Supporting your rest and recovery with massage or hands-on comfort

  • Light household support so you can focus on bonding and healing

  • Feeding support (breast/chest/bottle) from an experienced, non-judgemental perspective

  • Holding space for partners and siblings as they adjust to the new arrival

My goal is to ensure that no family feels alone during this precious time. I offer flexible visits tailored to your needs, whether you need a one-off check-in or ongoing support over several weeks.
