Choosing the right doula is an important and personal decision. It’s essential that we feel comfortable and connected, as we'll be walking this special journey together.
That’s why I offer a free 40-minute telephone consultation—a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can ask me anything about how I work, what to expect, and share a little about your hopes for your birth experience. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
If you’d like to explore further, we’ll then arrange a face-to-face meeting, either in the comfort of your home or at a local café—wherever you feel most at ease. After that, you can take your time deciding whether my support feels right for you and your family.
